The Short Version:
the Cafe Racer Plus is a high-performance version of Korua's most popular carving shape, upgraded for riders who want maximum response with minimal weight.
The Build: Cafe Racer Plus
This is the refined, carbon-enhanced version of the flagship carver. It’s designed for aggressive, deep-trench carving with a focus on agility and snap.
Carbon Construction:Carbon fiber stringers and a balsa-pauwlonia light core. It is significantly lighter and more "energetic."
Full Camber: Features zero rocker. This ensures a long effective edge and powerful "pop" when transitioning between turns.
Volume Shifted: It features a very wide waist, allowing for extreme lean angles without the risk of boot drag, even for riders with larger feet.
The Ride: Snap & Agility
Active Response: The Cafe Racer Plus is "springy." It stores energy in the turn and launches you into the next one.
Technical Precision: The full camber requires a rider who can handle a board that wants to stay on edge. It is less forgiving than the "Float Camber" models but offers much higher rewards on groomers.
Weight-to-Power Ratio: Because it is so light, it is much easier to toss around and maneuver in tight spots than the heavier models, making it a more versatile daily carver.
We upgraded the classic Café Racer shape using only the most premium components. Utilizing the highest grade base material, a premium wood core and a super light yet robust top sheet we created a lighter, faster and more responsive version of this beloved shape. It loves fast and tight turns when tearing up resort groomers and provides excellent grip from tip to tail. If getting super low on your turns is your priority, this is the shape for you!

The Café Racer Plus features a FULL CAMBER profile, which provides extra stability and maximum grip, as the full length of your edge lies in the snow, while still providing float and speed in soft snow due to a smooth transition into the nose area. We recommend riding this board with steeper positive binding angles and a slightly narrower stance to let the board flex more naturally under your feet.
